Dr Khang Le (BDS) – Principal Dentist
Areas of interest: General Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry, Dental Implantology, Sedation Dentistry
Dr Khang Le successfully attained his Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 1998 from Adelaide University and pursued his dental career in Private Practice in rural and metropolitan Tasmania for three years.
Dr Le performs most aspects of general dentistry and is passionate about cosmetic dentistry with a special interest in full mouth cosmetic rehabilitation and oral implantology. In Australia where there is no registerable speciality dedicated to dental implantology, Dr Le, like many of his colleagues with a special interest in this field received his training and education by attending seminars, workshops and accreditations with various implant systems and study groups.
Dr Le regularly travels interstate and overseas to receive training with the world’s best oral surgeons. He has had comprehensive training in dental implantology, sinus lift and bone grafting techniques.
Dr Le is an expert dentist who has attained accreditation by the ASID (Australian Society of Implant Dentistry) in level 1, 2 and 3 of Dental Implantology and has attended numerous seminars and workshops. He attends annual international workshops and seminars on the latest cosmetic dental procedures and oral implantology.
Dr Le is now a supervisor and teacher for the Trinon Collegeum Practicum. Dr Le is responsible for supervising and teaching Australian and international dentists on placing dental implants and oral surgery. These courses are held in Cambodia, Laos and the Dominican Republic.
It is Dr Le’s strong belief that dentures are ‘medieval’ and therefore he chooses not to make them for his patients unless they are being supported by implants. With modern dentistry patients have more advanced options for replacing teeth that are not only functional but comfortable and aesthetically pleasing.
In Dr Le’s spare time he enjoys fishing, cycling and travelling and spending time with his children. He looks forward to his annual fishing trip each year to The Great Barrier Reef.
Dr Le is a member of the ADA and ASID and holds accreditation for general anaesthetic procedures, and he has also received training in the Malo Clinic Techniques.
Dr Chi Nguyen (BDS) – Dentist
Areas of interest: General Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry, Orthodontics
Dr Chi Nguyen graduated from Adelaide University in 1996 and pursued her dental career in private practice in Tasmania for three years before establishing Beachside Complete Dental Care with Dr Le.
Dr Chi performs most aspects of general dentistry including preventative treatment, restorative treatment, endodontics and orthodontics.
She uses advanced technologies and cosmetic dentistry techniques to straighten, correct and align teeth such as traditional braces, ceramic (clear) braces, lingual (inside of teeth) braces, orthodontic plates and Truline.
Dr Chi is extremely passionate about early orthodontic intervention with the use of myofunctional appliances and orthodontic plates. Her strong belief about this preventative orthodontic technique can be seen in her own children as they are currently undergoing this technique.
Continuing education is very important to Dr Chi and she regularly attends continuing professional development courses to enhance her knowledge and to ensure that her patients receive the best quality of care with current techniques.
Dr Chi is a caring and thoughtful mother with a gentle nature and in her spare time, she enjoys cooking, travelling and spending time with her three children.
Dr Kim Vo (BDS) – Dentist
Areas of interest: Root Canal Therapy, Cosmetic Dentistry, Invisalign
Dr Kim Vo joined our team in June 2018 after previously working in private and public sectors in rural and suburban clinics.
Dr Vo graduated at La Trobe University in 2016 and received La Trobe University academic excellence scholarship.
Dr Vo practices all aspects of Dentistry with a special interest in root canal therapy, aesthetic dentistry, Invisalign and creating beautiful smiles.
Her aim is to provide the highest quality of dentistry to her patients along with her warm personality that puts the most nervous of patients at ease.
In Dr Vo’s spare time she enjoys social tennis and fitness.
Dr Vo’s knowledge and professionalism provide an informative, comfortable and friendly approach to dentistry.
Sarah Greenway – Front Office Liaison
Sarah has worked at Beachside Complete Dental Care and Dental Implant Centre since 2010 combining her experience as a qualified dental assistant and front office Liason.
Sarah prides herself in making each of our patients’ visits feel welcome and relaxed. Sarah has the ability to build long lasting repour with all of our patients.

Our support team are highly experienced and certified dental assistants with excellent skills in all aspects of patient care and clinical techniques. These areas include patient care, assisting dentists, instrument processing and sterilisation, infection control, dental radiography, laboratory duties, dental photography, equipment maintenance and stock control.

Nicole Taylor - Practice Manager
Nicole joined the team at Beachside Complete Dental Care in 2007 and has been part of the dental industry since 1996. She holds a Certificate IV in Dental Assisting, a Diploma of Business Management, and has completed master-level training with a Diploma in NLP and Hypnosis.
As Practice Manager, Nicole leads our team of professional and supportive staff, ensuring every patient receives a consistently exceptional, five-star experience. She is also committed to keeping Beachside Dental at the forefront of the industry, overseeing ongoing professional development so the team remains highly trained and up to date.
With her extensive industry knowledge and approachable leadership style, Nicole fosters a calm, harmonious, and welcoming environment, helping every dental visit feel as comfortable and stress-free as possible.
Russell Lamb - Oral Health Therapist
Russell has been working across various areas of dentistry since 2015, after completing his Bachelor of Oral Health at The University of Melbourne. With extensive experience in preventative dentistry, he is dedicated to delivering the highest standard of oral health care.
Russell takes a personalised approach with every patient, developing individualised treatment plans to support healthy gums and teeth. His gentle manner and strong commitment to patient education ensure patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident about their oral health.
An enthusiastic and energetic member of our team, Russell provides comprehensive dental examinations, professional and thorough hygiene, fillings, orthodontic care and more within our Hygiene Department.
Russell is particularly passionate about educating and empowering patients to make informed decisions about their oral health. He focuses on helping patients build sustainable habits to maintain optimal oral hygiene between appointments, offering tailored oral hygiene instruction and practical dietary advice to support long-term dental health.
Veronique Autard-Barry – Dental Assistant/Dental Radiographer
Veronique is Dr Nguyen’s senior dental assistant and the surgery’s Dental radiographer.
Veronique graduated at RMIT in 2012 in Certificate III Dental Assisting and later went on to extend her knowledge and experience with a qualification in Certificate IV in Dental Radiography.
Veronique has been with Beachside Complete Dental Care and Dental Implant Centre since 2013 and has extensive knowledge in all aspects of orthodontics and prides herself in providing exceptional care and experience for all patients.
Rebecca Kehl – Dental Assistant/Dental Radiographer
Rebecca joined Beachside Complete Dental Care and Dental Implant Centre in 2017 after working in the dental industry as a qualified dental assistant on the Mornington Peninsula since 2014.
Rebecca has a beautiful nature and is cheerful and smiling all the time, in fact, she brings a smile to everyone she meets.
Rebecca successfully completed her Certificate IV in Dental Radiography in 2019 and is a licensed dental radiographer.
She has extensive knowledge in all aspects of dentistry and when asked why she wanted to work at BCDC she said, “I want to be part of a family-based practice”.
Madyson Gale – Dental Assistant
Madyson is a Dental Assistant at Beachside Complete Dental Care and Dental Implant Centre, having completed her Certificate III in Dental Assisting in 2021.
Madyson has a wealth of knowledge and skill in all aspects of dentistry. Madyson joined the team at Beachside Complete Dental Care in 2020.
Madyson has exceptional experience with all patients and makes everyone feel at ease at each appointment.
Brooke Robertson – Dental Assistant
Brooke is a qualified dental assistant at Beachside Complete Dental Care and Dental Implant Centre, having successfully completed her Certificate III in Dental Assisting 2021.
She has extensive knowledge in all aspects of general dentistry, with a special interest in assisting patients during implantology and oral surgery.
Brooke has exceptional experience with all patients and makes everyone feel at ease at each appointment.
